Michelle Siqueira is Director of Projects at Strategy XXI Partners, where she assists clients in building networks and partnerships, developing public relation strategies, and raising brand visibility for Brazilian businesses, non-governmental organizations, and other institutions.

Prior to joining Strategy XXI, Michelle worked in the Creative Economy for Development program at the United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation. Her responsibilities included coordinating the Global South Creative Week, a series of conferences, exhibitions, and multimedia installations held at the Shanghai World Expo 2010.

She is a member of the Organizing Committee for the Person of the Year Award, promoted by the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce in order to honor Brazilian and American outstanding leaders who have been particularly instrumental in forging closer ties between these two nations.

She has over 10 years of experience as event manager for major cultural centers in Brazil, and specializes in events planning, fundraising and grant writing.

Michelle holds an M.A. in Arts and Public Policy from New York University and a Graduate Certificate in Business and Marketing from UNIFAE Business School. She is fluent in both Portuguese and English.
