Kathie Bolognese is a proven strategic advisor skilled in developing and executing communications and public affairs strategies and tactics for geographically diverse governments, corporations, associations, and nonprofits. She applies her broad communications expertise on behalf of a wide variety of clients and, having worked in the New York, Brussels, London and Beijing offices, possesses extensive international experience.

Areas of focus include strategic communication counseling; thought leadership; leading multi-cultural global projects; issues, crisis and reputation management; integrating corporate social responsibility objectives into business planning; stakeholder engagement; promoting standards of excellence in ethical marketing and manufacturing; sustainability practices; and influencing national, EU, and U.N. policies.

Principle clients include Nestlé, Wyeth, Pfizer Nutrition, the International Association of Infant Food Manufacturers (IFM), Asia Pulp and Paper, Henry Schein Inc., the International Consumer Products and Health and Safety Organization (ICPHSO), and the ICTI CARE Foundation (the toy industry's China based ethical manufacturing program).

In addition, Kathie serves as a board member of the US National Committee for UN Women - Metro NY Chapter, was an accredited business NGO representative to the U.N., participated in two working groups at the Centre for European Policy Studies, and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC)

Prior to joining Strategy XXI Partners, Kathie founded her own consultancy dedicated to sales, marketing, research, and public relations projects for clients. She was also the Training Administrator for the American Woman's Economic Development Corp. where she provided counseling and training for women entrepreneurs.
